Family Office

Jones Valerio is the appointed investment manager to the Keay Family office. The client has a diverse portfolio which includes a range of assets including a 17.5 acre industrial estate, a prime city centre building and a purpose built medical centre. 

We are currently working on some major initiatives within the portfolio, including the planning and delivery of a prime residential and mixed used scheme in Birmingham City Centre.
