Infinity Commercial Property Fund

The Infinity Commercial Property LP (the Fund) is being established with the target of investing up to £40 million pounds of equity and debt capital into commercial property assets across the UK (excluding Scotland), with emphasis on investments located in the Midlands. 

Jones Valerio Ltd are appointed as the Property Advisor to the Fund. Jones Valerio Ltd’s directors are experienced and dedicated property investment and asset management specialists with over 45 years of combined experience of improving income and capital returns for a variety of investors.

We believe there is real commercial advantage to be gained through investing in the emerging UK commercial property market via potential discounting across various sectors, driven principally by the impact of Covid 19. This has also created new and accelerated existing demand for certain sectors of the property market, resulting in stronger prospects for both rental and capital value growth. The PA anticipates once public confidence in the vaccination programmes filters through, there will be a boost in the property market to take real effect in H2 2021.

The Fund also aims to capitalise on the UK’s departure from the EU and the expectation that a successful trade agreement can be reached between the UK and the EU, removing many years of uncertainty and bolstering confidence in the UK economy. The Fund will therefore be targeting opportunistic and value-add opportunities.

The Fund’s objective is to invest in non-bespoke well located commercial properties, which are considered to offer good prospect for rental and capital growth, and in particular those investments in which further value can be added.
